Capital One Class Action Settlement. Customers whose data was stolen in a 2019 hack of capital one systems have reached a $190 million. Claim there are as many as 500 million.

As previously reported, capital one has agreed to $190 million class settlement over a data breach that affected around 98 million u.s. Capital expenditures totaled $2.5 million in the 6 months ended june 29, 2024, compared to $7.1 million in the year ago period.
